With many options for laundry services out there, we’re working hard to ensure we’re the launderers of choice for all your family needs. We’ve equipped our facility with an Ozone Sanitization System, which has hospital-grade disinfecting capabilities that not only thoroughly cleans and removes odors better than traditional washing equipment, it also kills 99% of bacteria and viruses (including Covid).

Our team here at Sock Monster Laundromart is also trained and supervised to maintain consistency in washing, folding, and packaging, so no matter who’s laundering your clothes, the quality and result remains the same!

Sock Monster offers laundry pick-up and delivery in select locations from Boynton Beach all the way down to Fort Lauderdale. We have made scheduling our laundry pickup service simple and easy to do. Once you schedule your first pickup and delivery order, all your information and preferences are saved in our system.

What’s next?

STEP 1:

• Head to our site, click on the pink “Schedule A Pickup” button then click “+Install App” before creating your account, which will create a shortcut of a Sock Monster icon on your desktop or mobile phone. Just click on the icon next time to get to our scheduling page.
• Next, customize your laundry services, including preferences such as “don’t roll socks, hang all polos, & bleach whites.”
• Leave special instructions for the driver, including Gate Codes, Location of laundry (i.e. "bags by the backdoor"), and any other important information our team needs to gain entry and retrieve or drop-off your laundry.
• For homes in gated communities, please add SOCK MONSTER to the entry list for a 3-hour pick-up window and 3-hour drop-off window.

STEP 2:

• Get Your Laundry Ready for Pickup! Simply empty your pockets and place your items in bags (garbage bags are fine). We’ll do our best to identify delicate items however, your welcome to put any items that require special care in a separate bag and identify stains if you want them treated.
• Label them clearly with your name and phone number so we know it’s your laundry not your trash, then place it where you indicated it would be during setup.
• Have the bags at your chosen location at the beginning of your pickup window. If you selected 7am – 10am, your laundry should be ready and in place by 7am. That’s it, you’re done.

OUR PROCESS:

No time for laundry? No problem! Sock Monster Laundromart offers full-service wash and fold near Pompano Beach. Simply drop off your dirty laundry with our attendants. They’ll intake your information, collect your personal preferences, and you’ll have the option to pay now or at pick up! We’ll give you an estimated pick up time, but you’ll get an SMS text when your clothing is ready for pick up! Normal turnaround is mostly your choice and prices vary for expedited services.

Process:

• Sorting laundry is one of the most important steps to ensuring a proper wash.
• We sort all clothing into whites, lights, and darks, while verifying that all items are machine washable (to the best of our ability).
• We turn your laundry right side out or inside out depending on the item (including socks) to ensure a proper wash.
• Your clothing is washed and dried completely separate from all other orders.
• Throughout the laundering process, we will follow any customized laundry instructions you provided.
• Our standard wash includes a choice of Gain, All Free & Clear or Arm & Hammer with Oxi.  
• Socks will be matched, and heel tucked…We’ll get to them before the sock monster does!

Process/Additional Fees Apply:

• Typically, Dress Pants, Work Dresses, Blouses and Men’s Collared Shirts are hung unless you tell us otherwise - 4 Free hangers per order each additional .25 -  Save on fees by providing your own hangers!
• Stain treatment - $5 for up to 10 stains (.50 per stain) We do not guarantee the removal of stains but we'll try our best.  Customer must identify stains to be treated. 
• Heavily Soiled - Any items that require a double wash will have a $2.00 per load fee.
