Drop off:
- 8:30 am to 12pm for Same Day Service (Availability of same day varies with the amount of incoming laundry)
- 8:30 am - 6pm for Next Day Services
- While we operate around the clock, not all attendants have the ability to check your laundry in! If you need to drop your laundry after 6pm it's best to call to ensure an attendant will be there to assist you!
Pick Up:

What is the turnaround time?
Same day - by 8pm
Next day - within 24 hours of drop off.
+48 hours - varies based on customer choice!
Is there a minimum order?
Drop off Wash & Fold has a $25.00 minimum.
Pick up & Delivery has $35 minimum.
Do you use a good detergent?
Customize your laundry by selecting from an assortment of detergent and softener options including plant based, eco friendly options.

What is the turnaround time?
24 Hrs. is our standard time to return however, the customer can choose to have a delayed return that better accommodates their schedule.
What if I can't be home when you pickup?
Tell us in the software where you will leave your clothes. It might be on the front porch, on the back porch, behind the fence, by the apartment door, in the lobby, with the apartment manager, or in an unlocked garage - and we'll take it from there!
Is there a minimum order?
We have a $20 combine minimum for Pick up and Delivery.
If I sign up to be a recurring customer, what happens when I go on vacation?
Just put a hold on your account in the software. We'll be back on the date you tell us.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, there are no contracts. We know you will stay with us as long as we do a good job.
